Apropos of nothing, but: As a younger man, before I met my wife, I went 2 full years without a hug. It sucked.
I was a cocktail waitress for many years. I didn’t let people I know come up to the station and hug or touch me. When they’d ask why?..........
See that guy over there? He doesn’t know I’ve known you for 20 yrs. all he sees is some guy throwing his arms around me and thinks if you can do it so can he.
Guess I just got used to the no touching and now don’t like it.
