I’m not a Nugentile or a Jew, but I doubt he actually meant the soulless sheep thing as a theological statement. I think he meant it as they were wimps for letting themselves be rounded up instead of being shot right there or something. Not like he would have when faced with such circumstances. Yes, that’s still completely ridiculous and insulting.
In any case, his posts certainly attracted enough mouthbreathers to his FB page who probably absolutely took it the theological way and the Nuge let them spread their rancid dumpster leakage all over with a free hand.

Don't know, but if you're suggesting he simply shot his mouth off and, celebrity he is, can't explain he may have erred. I doubt he personally bears animosity toward Jews, though I've no real knowledge of that. Other than of all the outrageous statements he's made over the years, it's never come up.
He's a public figure with many admirers. Some probably because of his political posture. But he is an entertainer, over the top comments make news, and organizations and candidates should recognize that. An entertainer, but a longstanding NRA board member. Hard for the NRA to ignore that, though they are. His political endorsements, Cruz and Trump, no big deal. They're recent an no one other than leftists would relate that to either candidates.
And no, I suspect he didn't mean the soulless comment. I hope not. But they were his words, directly, not a graphic from a hate site to be excused as he didn't look at it, though he hasn't contended that. And none of his supporters are willing to engage it.

I'm not a Nugent music fan. I know him mostly from some radio appearances and a late-night interview or two over 20 years. Not to be repetitious, your accusations are fresh to me, and it bothers me that you are very heavily invested in these accusations, some of which, as per your post, come from High Times and other hard-Left sources, which you seem to want to appease by throwing them Nugent's head.

I think it's very possible Nugent had a theological meaning in mind, or used "soulless" as a synonym for "spiritless", meaning a) no will to fight back and b) animals don't have souls and just live like animals, in this case, sheep.
But the words he didn't use also matter, and the words I listen for when antisemites are trying to slide a slur acrosss home plate are words like "mud people" and "pre-Adamic populations". Those always seem to come up. I had not heard until recently the slur that Jews have no souls: that would seem to be an oxymoronic attempt at a slur given the position of the Jews on Biblical authority as divinely covenanted and direct descendants of Adam through Noah.
I think your case against Nugent -- and I think you are prosecuting him here -- rates a hung jury. Some of the charges are very old, some are debatable on their face and on the submitted evidence (a lot of it is guilt by association: the wrong people "liked" his social-media maunderings), and on the whole I just can't see my way to throwing Nugent under the bus, particularly since a finding of antisemitism carries with it a life ban from the human race and employability.

I don’t like progressive Jews for their political beliefs, beyond that I have no love or hate for them. Any other Jew I make up my mind on how they treat other people, the same as I do for all people. If you’re a decent person then we’ll probably get along just fine.

I don't necessarily think he's antisemitic, he is a buffoon with an ego unable to publicly admit a mistake, though I can't be certain.
I should note that he seems to admit privately that his publications were nasty and offensive neo Nazi propaganda, as I write this you can visit his Facebook page and as I write this he's still publishing the nasty and offensive material.
