If Donald Trump had the lost in this case, the media would have been everywhere reporting the fact!
Jorge Ramos, that sleazy anchor who has a house with a giant wall around it in south Florida, would have been reporting it breathlessly. What tells me Donald Trump won this court case or came out on top in the negotiations, is that this is not being widely reported and Jorge Ramos has been quiet about it.

I think you are correct! Mexico is not olny going to pay for the Wall, but they probably paid for Donald Trump’s campaign. He says ask for three times what you want, so he probably settled for $166 Million. That should do it. ;-)

He delegated an experienced legal team to handle the international negotiations while his other team handled his campaign.
He didn’t get on the phone and have shock-troops manipulate the media or issue threats to Mexico.

I've never seen or known of a case where the plaintiff demanded a confidentiality agreement as part of the settlement, so it must have been an amount so large that Univision did not want it to become public.
