I’m not sure. Twelve is however probably old enough to at least interview him but whether they could have discovered how dangerous he was or not- is uncertain.
California gov Jerry Brown has released some 1400 murderers and wants to release more so why shouldn’t he be released? Because he killed a kennedy and not your family member. All about politics and not morals with these politicians.
