Even the NYT (after burying this tidbit far down in a story about the email problem)finally stated the legal situation:

“According to the law and security procedures Mrs. Clinton agreed to follow when she became secretary, such material should not even have been sent over the State Department’s official but unclassified state.gov server.”

In a long article on Hillary’s email problem, even the NYT had to balance their bias in her favor with this item, buried far down in the article:

“According to the law and security procedures Mrs. Clinton agreed to follow when she became secretary, such material should not even have been sent over the State Department’s official but unclassified state.gov server.”

Case closed.

I was trying to say that I do not deserve credit for research, only for followthrough. The letter to the editor of the Journal told me that the quote existed in Choices, and I first simply echoed that on FR. Then I got a copy of Choices from the library (what, do you think I would pay Hillary for one?) and found the salient quote and typed in into FR as a new thread. Then, whenever the subject of Hillary pleading ignorance comes up, I can readily quote her own words.
