I don’t agree. Will it stop legalized abortion, or even get Planned Parenthood defunded? It may very well not do either, but it exposed evil, and it will affect the lives of many people. Many people will be awakened to Planned Parenthood and I’m sure the evils of abortion, while the people who will go to any length to support abortion and PP are more and more knowingly committing themselves to it.
You might want to up that to Lord.
Not just some enabler for a lower agenda.
I disagree in turn... it didn’t really move the battle anywhere. It just added some decoration to it.
At any time, there are people who might believe in what the world teaches but have doubts about things, and one thing or other happening at a certain time is what God uses to get them to see the light. And for Christians, something or another happening can be how God teaches us something important, or changes us in an important way. Whatever happens in the world and the political is one thing, but where things are really happening, and are always happening, is in the spiritual realm.
Well the Lord wrote it in His book. Not my idea.

There should have been a grace offer alongside of the publicity, but as in the past there was none.
And everyone knew the “defund PP” was a Kabuki dance that would go nowhere (we’ve been through this with Acorn). What was to get defunded was a different arm, under the same logo. Nobody was funding the abortion arm. Nobody could keep this proxy fight up.
This is like a fire fight in a gasoline factory. Everybody still gets burned, nobody gets saved.
No it actually happens in all the areas you mention.
If you want to pick and choose and then dodge away instead of supposedly showing your battle bona fides when challenged... go right ahead.
Well, again, like I said, the political battle is just one thing, and not even the main thing. The main thing is the spiritual battle in which Jesus Christ won the victory. These sorts of political battles can get people to think, and to take stock of things. Everyone is born separated from God, and it is the moments of some illumination, including getting to Think about people who have worked in abortion facilities, sometimes for many years, and then realize what it is what they’re doing. While most people might ignore things most of the time and be dulled to them, every once in awhile something that happens to can awaken someone.
I’m thankful that these people did this investigation.
I am not terribly surprised at the results, but at any rate nobody based any appeal upon it except “Defund [a different, non-abortion arm of] PP.”
If that could have happened, would it have stopped American abortions. Or just vented some outrage in a symbolic and quite temporary manner? As with Acorn, showing up under a different name is child’s play.
In the meantime would a single unwantedly pregnant mother have been consoled?
Satan can’t cast out Satan; hell fire cannot extinguish hell fire.
A monstrous travesty among a long series of monstrous travesties.
A hellish, vengeance minded outfit acted in just that fashion.
And people are shocked and surprised.
The only real way we have to do away with it is to do away with the demand for it.
