“Think that pretty much explains the agenda of IAVA. Raised $6 million last year and spent only $80,000 on helping Vets. Its nothing but a PR front for a Leftist political action group.”
BINGO!!!!!
They are no more legitimate than if I started the:
Concerned Relative of IRAQ/AFGHANISTAN Vets and started pretending to speak on Vet’s behalf.
Soros funds a Vets group? Sheeeeeyit. I’d like to see the books on where that money is going.
The IAVA was never on Trumps list anyway, so this story is a non-starter, hit piece from the soros camp.
Let them get their donations from George.
Another sign of the degradation of the military.
Because this "charity" grabbed some free publicity by getting out in front of the story by refusing any money from Trump before the first penny was raised. They only succeeded in making themselves look bad.
Trump’s camp told vets groups to apply for getting proceeds from the rally last evening. While MANY were able to do that just fine, a few got political about it.
On Twitter, the IAVA President changed his tone a bit later in the day. But earlier, the told Trump his group would NOT accept any money from Trump.
There is no other responsibility on Trump’s side.
Exactly! Even though dozens of orgs had no problem with the situation, the Dem losers will claim it’s all on Trump to force an offer first.
Stupid.
Always surprises me when any vet supports a Democrat like the Vets for Kerry. He was such a hero (not) with the medal for rice in his butt yet some supported him. Any group that would refuse American’s money to help vets is a sorry group that punishes vets for the ego of the administration of the group. Special place in hell for those jerks.
He wasn’t even honest/man enough to toss his own hard earned(?) medals over the white house fence. Lucky he didn’t stick himself with the pin. He coulda gotten another purple heart. (Does he have purple heart license plates?)
Where is the one that shows the actual donation amounts? I would be interested in seeing that one.
that’s OK 22 other Vet groups are happy to be getting money.
