The Cruz case is resolved without fully defining what NBC is. With Cruz, all we have to find is that NBC is not naturalized, and that Cruz is naturalized.

That question (Cruz naturalized or not) is answered a thousand times over, "citizens born abroad are ALL naturalized citizens."

If Rubio's case come up, that analysis is useless, because Rubio was not born abroad. Maybe Rubio is NBC, maybe not. But he certainly was not born abroad, and Cruz certainly was.

As conservatives we talk a lot about intent, the founders, and the constitution. The founders never intended to disqualify people like Cruz from running for President, they intended to protect us from “Trojan Horse” candidates who were placed here to subvert the constitution.

Let me posit a question for your consideration:

If Cruz were to be elected, he as POTUS approves the Keystone pipeline, could it be argued he was showing favoritism to his birth country?

It is correct the Senate passed approval of McCain—BUT the bill was sponsored by Claire McKaskill and supported by Obamaumao, Jim Webb, Patrick Leahy, Hitlery Clinton, and Sen. Coburn(ie only ONE republican)... and WHY?

This was deflect observation that Mr. Obamaumao was NOT a natural born citizen— inasmuch as at that time he still not having produced a real birth certificate (many say he has not as of today). In a really clever BS sort of Senatorial move. Note that alongside of this “resolution” that Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid— “vetted” Obamaumao for the Democratic Party— formally, but without a resolution- they IOWs.... lied cause they knew he wasn’t eligible.

To save time- here is the Resolution wording— note it contains verbage that “former Presidents have been born outside the US and been eligible”-— Cruz needs to merely cite this.. Period The Resolution:

Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a `natural born Citizen’ of the United States;

Whereas the term `natural born Citizen’, as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;

Whereas there is no evidence of the intention of the Framers or any Congress to limit the constitutional rights of children born to Americans serving in the military nor to prevent those children from serving as their country’s President;

Whereas such limitations would be inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the `natural born Citizen’ clause of the Constitution of the United States, as evidenced by the First Congress’s own statute defining the term `natural born Citizen’;

I don’t know. That question has yet to be resolved. There is an argument that it is congress’ job to define natural law. It’s a can of worms.

Born here of citizen parents makes one naturally a US citizen because there is no other possibility.

Born with other possible citizenships makes one ineligible.
