That’s the great thing about low carb! You can have any kind of meat you want. The fat actually helps you lose weight.
I know it sounds crazy but it’s true.
The original Atkins book had a fix for when you stalled losing weight.
The fix was cream cheese and macadamia nuts. You were supposed to eat an ounce of each several times a day for a day or two. Both are high in fat. And it works.
One low carb snack is to bake squares of cheese on parchment paper.
I’ve used cheddar and american but my favorite is fresh shredded parmesan. It doesn’t keep well though so just do what you will eat right away.
I also make mini pizza snacks of a slice of pepperoni with pizza sauce and mozzarella on top. You can heat them in the microwave or oven and they are really good. A little messy though ;)
I will have to give it a try.
My husband loves pork rinds though so I will have to hide them from him or grind them up right away. LOL
lol
Not sure if these will work for you. These particular ones are made in OR, so may not be available in your part of the country (I don’t know what their distribution is), but maybe something similar is.
I have not tried these before, but they are Juanita’s Tortilla Chips. They are gluten free and here’s the ingredients:
stoneground corn masa flour
trace of lime
vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean)
water
salt
15 chips are 170 calories: 9g fat, no cholesterol, 15g carbs, fiber 3g, protein 2g
Ran across Dr Sarah Hallberg a diet doctor at IU Arnett in Lafayette. She is a diet doctor Hers is a modified paleo diet. But she explains when, why we had the massive weight gain in USA. Not only do her patients loose huge amounts of weight without surgery diabetics get off insulin and other medical issues disappear She uses flour substitutes for all sorts of yummy looking dishes. Unfortunately it was Christmas when I bought the ingredients and I’ve lost the recipes.
My favorite : I bake small custards. Made with eggs and half/half. Each them for breakfast, dessert or just a snack. They’re great with maple sugar on top !
Dr Sarah says. Eat all the regular bacon you want. Just watch your salt intake Bloating. Butter, bacon, eggs, olive or coconut oil all good! Keep with God made food not man made.
Have been getting fresh sausage at meat market. And buy hams on sale and slice thin Bacon isn’t only breakfast meat and others are so yummy. My fresh ground sausage has less fat & more lean meat. One of the lightly spiced taste very similar to bacon.
My but her shop sells local meats.
I just buy a slice of pizza with the works. Give the crust to my girls and eat the topping. Lots of mozzarella, meats and veggies. No more pizza craving
Butcher——— some things spell check doesn’t even catch it
thanks
Thanks
I found it on youtube.com immediately after I posted.
Could you or someone point me to the press release that FOX put out. For the life of me I can’t find it and without seeing it I can’t make good decisions.

Hi. Let me think how to answer this. The press release from Fox was posted in full on one of the threads here regarding Trump not doing the debate. RUSH mentioned it on his show so should have it in the archives. First though I’d do a bing search for Fox press release Trump Debate dropout. Hope someone can give you better info than this.
Reading “Hitler - New World Order”..I am a student of history and this book details the plan of Hitler better than “Mein Kamph”. It is amazing how politics never change, and the politics of the 1920’s and 1930’s is not much different than now. You can read it for free at: https://archive.org/stream/pdfy-0IryYbwVIPGFodSS/Hitler%20-%20New%20World%20Order%20(1928)_djvu.txt
