Juan: Is Donald Trump a Conservative?
Andrew: Of course he's not a conservative he was for Nancy Pelosi before he was against Nancy Pelosi.....
The last “conservative” politician that I fully supported was GW Bush. That is, until the moment he sided with Vicente Fox against United States Patriots. Immigration was my number one issue then, as it is now.
I’ve never thought of Mr. Trump as a conservative, nor do I care what “label” he is given, or what liberal leanings he has in other areas. Mr. Trump is correct on immigration - the influx of illegals of all kinds are ruining this country. I support him on that ONE issue alone.
Real Conservatives don’t support single payer
Trump continues to play to peoples fantasies. The ultimate gopE.
Agreed. Trump is not a Conservative.
He is a right-leaning Populist.
IMHO that is the best we can hope for this election cycle.
Too many voters out there simply will not vote for a Conservative due to 2+ decades of D.C. Republicans tarnishing the brand.
Sucks, but that’s how it is.
So would you rather have Trump or Bernie Sanders?
I don’t see how anyone can be as bad as Obama.
Trump may not be philosophically conservative, but he is philosophically American.
He is the wrench available to throw into the wheels of The Cheap Labor Express.
Think for yourselves, people. Andrew Breitbart was a great man, but he was commenting about Trump back in 2011. We don’t know what he would say today. All people had to go on back then, was Trump’s life and public statements up till that time. His donations to both political parties, and the occasional public statements he would give on the issues were shaped by his status as a businessman. Also, 5 years is a long enough period for someone to genuinely evolve on the issues.
