Personally i believe the qualification to be elected for POTUS and vp should be the most stringent possible, with no gray area at all. No allowances for race, position or faith.
You either fall within the definition...or not.
Its about loyalty, PERIOD.
People just cannot get it into their thick skulls, its about patriotic loyalty, it has to be pure as can be.
The danger as I see it:
Cruz gets elected. Then some Liberal group decides to challenge his “natural born” status. They judge shop and find some liberal wacko Federal jurist who agrees. He issues an injunction preventing Cruz from being sworn in while the courts consider the matter.
A Constitutional crisis ensues. Obama remains in office indefinitely as the Federal courts play football with this.
Sorry, honey. My point: this woman must unhinged or anti Cruz. In either case I don’t care what she has to say.
Made no difference when they ragged on Obama. Makes no difference to anyone now except the Trump Personality Cult and the MSM.
Those types of records are "sealed" for everyone by law. A third party cannot just request those records - they would have to get written permission from the person to whom the records refer. So if your intent is to imply that Cruz is going around having the court lock up his records, you are factually incorrect.
Trump talks to the people, not at, or down or even sideways.
To me at the very least all politicians talk sideways, or like a weathervane.

If you read into the ‘Marshall Report’ this is the issue: “He did show his Canadian Birth Certificate and his paper denouncing his Canadian citizenship, but he has not shown any consulate papers. That must be what he has sealed. So if Cruz will just show proof of the proper papers there should be no problem. But, so far he has not and avoids the subject when asked.”

Despite the happenstance of a birth across the border, there is no question that Senator Cruz has been a citizen from birth and is thus a “natural born Citizen” within the meaning of the Constitution.

There are plenty of serious issues to debate in the upcoming presidential election cycle. The less time spent dealing with specious objections to candidate eligibility, the better. Fortunately, the Constitution is refreshingly clear on these eligibility issues. To serve, an individual must be at least thirty-five years old and a “natural born Citizen.” Thirty-four and a half is not enough and, for better or worse, a naturalized citizen cannot serve. But as Congress has recognized since the Founding, a person born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent is generally a U.S. citizen from birth with no need for naturalization. And the phrase “natural born Citizen” in the Constitution encompasses all such citizens from birth. Thus, an individual born to a U.S. citizen parent — whether in California or Canada or the Canal Zone — is a U.S. citizen from birth and is fully eligible to serve as President if the people so choose.

Brvado isn’t going to make it go away.
Shake your fists less, and go tell the Cruz team to get this settled or else the Dems WILL settle it for him.
But would Cruz have an aide fly somewhere to personally pick the BC up? And would Cruz actually allow a reporter to touch it, before the hard copy disappeared forever?
Nodody can top Obama’s theatrics and duplicity. Not that anyone should attempt to. Obama’s in a class of his own.
This can be cleared up pretty quickly in Cruz’s favor.
But pretending the issue isn’t there is foolish.

It all predates Trump. That Dallas newspaper article about Cruz’s dual citizenship and its repercussions was written in 2013. That issue has always been lurking.
Wasn’t Rubio born here to legal residents?
Cruz had dual citizenship but gave up the Canadian before running.
