Come and listen to a story ‘bout a man named Jeb
A big gov-a-neer, who’s daddy kept his family fed,
Then one day Rove started workin’ for this dude,
And up came a bubbling RINO crude.
Nasty stuff... low energy...Amnesty...
Well the first thing you know there came this billionaire,
Trump was his name, and for Jeb he didn’t care
He said, “This dude is just so darn low on energy”
If he got nominated he’d get whipped by Hillary.
Slaughtered that is...50-state landslide.
So now its time to say good-bye to Jeb and all his kin.
And we would like to spank the folks who tried to toss him in.
You’re not invited back to run again in any future year
So take your guacamole bowl and stick it in your ear
Trump it is. Raising hell, with his boots on.
Don’t come back now Jeb, y’hear?
LOL!!!
No, it has to do with gullible Pubbie voters (or party line crossing Dims) in primaries being led around by the partisan media shills, period.
One lesson people *should* have learned by now from the two most recent POTUS, and that is, when confronted by defeat, double down. GWB did that against a hostile congress after the Demagogic Party regained control, Zero does that and has done that since day one. Trump and Cruz also roll that way.
Wow
Never thought of them that way...
Yep.
I would double-down on that bet. Talk about karma meeting karma. I knew when Jebbies bought Murphy their whole thing was doomed; and then watching $lime Murphy burn through 50M of PAC money and quite possibly finally putting the wooden stake through his own black heart has been one of the better underreported stories of the GOP campaign thus far.
Free Republic needs to add a like button lol
Tippy-toes can still run for the President of Mexico, right?

I hold no animosity to the Bush family. They participated in the business of politics. Jeb got hit with a tidal wave of rejection because voters are done with the corrupt self-serving nature of politicians. Of course a new just as corrupt model will emerge, just as a river courses thru the flatlands to the sea.
He did himself no favors by stating that he could just wait out the front end of the nominating process as he had considerable financial support. Talk about souring the electorate.
He too is dogged by the failure of either Bush to secure a border anywhere, nor to defend whatever principles they deemed as absolutes. There were no absolutes. Then he speaks in Spanglish too some groups of supporters, further perturbing non-Spanish electorate as they wonder what he is really telling them.
His lineage put a torpedo in him, and he sailed into a headwind of his own making.
And yes, this seems like a man with no fight for the office.
Gloom, despair, and agony on me
Deep dark depression
Excessive misery
Trump sends ~Yeb! to the funny farm.
¡Yeb! is like the Fredo Corleone of the Bush family. “I’m SMART!!!”

I am convinced that John McCain’s soul was sucked out through his ear hole and left in a jar at the Hanoi Hilton. I would sympathize with him, but I feel nothing but contempt for this man who has done—and continues to do!—so much damage to the country and to the world, and who views the middle class as pond scum. Responsibility for Libya and Syria can be laid directly at his feet.
“The first George Bush is the reason were in this mess
Tossed the Reagan agenda the first day he was elected”
Glad I am not the only one who has been saying this...for over 20 years.
I regard Bush Senior’s “Kinder gentler “ speech to be one of THE biggest turning points in our history. I remember when I heard him say it (very soon after he took office) and thinking “This dumb ass just rejected Reagan and everything that was the reason we elected him “. And then I saw what he did when he took over. And then he caved on a tax increase. And then I knew the Republican party was dead and useless. And that we were screwed. I just did not, at the time, realise just how MUCH we were screwed.
It didn’t occur to him that the name Bush is completely politically toxic?
