I don’t know if the Portland woman really shouted that or really believed it if she did. She might be just an angry loser who found a new way to express her hate at the world. I would believe either scenario at this point.
One of mine has only 8 gallon capacity. But I can carry two spare gallons on the roof rack. It does take minute or two to load them.

There have been no confirmatins that any witnesses reported Holloway as shouting “Allahu Akbar” during the incident, and no witness reports stating such posted in social media prior to the publication of articles claiming that she had.
Those articles may have been inspired by a thread on the conspiracy board “God Like Productions” titled “I was hit by crazy Islamist bitch screaming Allah Ahckbar on the Strip! Best friend got knees clipped!,” where a comment stated:

As we were walking accross the street, this car comes flying through the red light, we had right of way and walking accross the intersection, she ran up on the sidewalk and smashed into a group of people walking accross the street and into the group of people at the corner. She did not slow down and appeared to accelerate as she hit the sidewalk. There’s a huge row of plants and bushes seperating the sidewalk and the strip, she ran through both, probably 40-45 miles per hour. People were flying off the front of her car and people were smashing into other people as she plowed through the crowd. My friend was walking ahead of us as he was making a joke of the minion characters that were lined up on the sidewalk, wanted to pose for a picture, the car hit a bush and the bush smacked into his legs; he buckled from the impact and fell down in writhing pain. He is listed as one of the 36 injured but I will not name his name. We spent the last 5 hours on the strip giving our report to police and this is the first chance I’ve had to come on here and post. I’ve been following this story HERE as I know this is the only place to get the REAL news!”

The rumor’s credibility deficit was so severe that even an InfoWars article described it as “from a dubious source [which] cannot be considered genuine at this time.”
On 21 December 2015, the LVMPD repeatedly addressed iterations of the rumor on Twitter and implored social media users not to spread misinformation about the tragedy:

I don’t know if that is true. That was not where I saw it. I took the information from the radio station link. The reason
I gave it credence was our local Las Vegas channels cut to the coverage. Some initial reports by witnesses stated that the woman was “middle eastern”. Well, she didn’t look middle eastern to me, I would imagine someone shouting “Allah Akbar could leave that impression, otherwise why would witnesses make that claim? Odd. Could have been hysterical, but the middle eastern witness description was made within minutes....then it went down the rabbit hole.
Keep in mind her FB account had zero Islamic sh!t. If she had posted under another name, I'm pretty sure we would know by now.
If I am wrong and this does indeed turn out to be a case of sudden jihad syndrome, I'll gladly mea culpa.
I am not saying she is a jihadist. I think it more likely an impulsive stupid thing that she did that she now regrets. As far as her Facebook account, if it is the one that I saw, she stopped posting to it in 2014. I don’t know if it has been widely reported, but at the 10:00 am press conference the officer stated that she gave a reason for doing what she did, but he was “uncomfortable” stating what she told him. Those comments have been kept very close to the vest, Probably because the police and DA wants to keep those comments out of the public so they can build a strong case. The businesses and the Mayor are so pissed off they want this woman to get the maximum possible sentence. She has a court appointed defense counsel who will try to keep the statement out.
We are following this closely because my husband quit his job in Las Vegas because we were always worried about an attack down there. Las Vegas is much more dangerous than most people know. Vehicular homocide is rampant.
Ah, thanks for clarifying that. Maybe she just yelled that out to instill mo’ fear even as she was mowin’ em down.
This work place violence is getting out of hand.
