Prison inmates are very secure. But they are not very free. that is where we are now and will remain for the forseeable future.

I am not trying to excuse the GOP at all. But passing legislation where 39% of your party is against it and you are the majority party speaks volumes about how bad the legislation is and how tone deaf the GOPe is.
