That must have been the idiots strategy in the Iranian negotiations. We will publicly shame the Iranians if they develop nukes. Yes. Shame is more powerful than the atom bomb, according to the Rainbows and Unicorns crowd.
Speaking of China, they did a lot of public shaming during Mao’s rule! Does anyone have a photo of people being shamed in China that we can tweak to put Kerry’s face onto using Photoshop?

But the world says there’s no shame in anything, no matter how outrageous.
That’s one disturbing photograph! I wonder if it was an eminent domain seizure or if the property owner sold out and left it to be someone elses albatross?
No seizure. Their son had a new house right next to it also.
They were not a leaseholder, but managed to sell both properties to another local farmer who was.
Believe it or not, that thing is 1200’ away from the house.
Those damn things ended many lifelong friendships in the community and in some cases, even divided families
