When considering what controls/influences/guides his abbarant behavior, it’s all of them (all anti- American, anti- constitutional liberties, anti- Christian, and anti- Semitic) — Islam, communism, naxiSoros, Mohammed, islamonazi, Moslem, jihadism, etc ). Like a great big overdose of poison to the brain. He could indeed try to do just about anything against us

The NRA should have an add that outlines exactly what the average gun buyer goes through to get a firearm. I posted on a different thread my experience last Saturday purchasing a handgun. It took 30 minutes to fill out Fed, State, Base paperwork and then wait for NICS clearance. Finally, after all that, I was escorted out of the BX with my purchase and told to leave the installation. The only reason I got my handgun the same day is because I had a CCW. I certainly felt infringed upon that day.

Many, many people did not obey that “ordnung” from FDR, and... they retain their gold to this day. BTW they did not use banks to store it in.

The internment of U.S. citizens of Japanese ancestry was also the result of an FDR EO.

"They never even tried to cancel elections during our worst domestic crisis, the Civil War. What makes anyone think they'd get away with it now?"

Well, during the War of Northern Aggression they had nothing to gain ...

1860
Lincoln received 180 of 303 Electoral Votes ( 152 to win )

1864
Lincoln received 212 of 233 Electoral Votes ( 117 to win )

For all practical purposes, in 1864 Lincoln and McClellan essentially ran for President of the "Union".

If say today Texas and Florida and Georgia seceded from the USSA, you can bet your last dollar no-one in the District of Criminals would want to cancel the Election.

Wait, what?

Oh, you think I'm a confederate. Hehe.

I didn't think I needed a smiley icon on every single quip. Sheesh. Maybe you left off your smiley icon too?

If not, then let me say I am born and bred and still a New Yorker. Swimming in the sewer with liberals for decades I have honed methods to drive them crazy at will.

The interesting question is how the term 'War of Northern Aggression' roped you in?

Swimming with liberals?
