From the picture at the site, can’t this jerk shake hands with anyone without touching them somewhere else? That picture looks like he intended to draw Hollande closer to kiss him. It’s like he thinks they are going to get away from him if he doesn’t hold them on another part of their body. That would give me the creeps. Heck - just shaking his hand would give me the creeps!!!
