What percent of so called racist incidences in the past 2 years have actually been the work of a sincere adult white racist? I can't think of one. It's 98% hoax by black-or-liberal, 2% mentally ill yoots.

Seems like the same percentage of white on black police violence / shootings. 98% media bluster, no indictment, no blacks on grand juries claiming the non-indictments were due to race.
