NO Condi - the refugees should be placed in a ME safe zone - protected by us - and returned to their Syrians cites when ISIS is destroyed.

Reason I ask...As you said, there is ANOTHER humanitarian remedy in place to deal with ME refugees (except for Christian ME refugees who DARE NOT go to UN refugee centers---and whom are discouraged by the UN because they cannot protect them)!
