Odd, I haven’t heard the lamestream media report this one....
It goes against the narrative, so you won’t.
The “US vs. Miller” case, while incomplete because nobody from the “Miller” side showed-up to argue, suggests that weapons having military applications are particularly protected by the Second Amendment.
Keep that in mind whenever you hear a hoplophobe screeching hysterically about “assault weapons intended only to kill many people in a short period of time”.
They also like to claim that “only the military and police should have firearms”, while at the same time claiming that “the police wake up every morning wondering ‘How many defenseless People of Color can I kill in cold blood today?’”.
Watch for the VZ policias to implement a shoot-back-first rule against anyone who looks suspicious,
