[Hey. Finally he does something that I can agree with. Its a damn shame that Republicans aren’t doing more to take the lead on helping ex-cons by making it easier for them to get a job. I’m not saying ban looking into their criminal histories but there are things that can be done.]
I don’t disagree with your compassion. But these inmates are being released early. Statistically 68 percent of them will be arrested and re-incarcerated within three years. Some of them will be arrested within three days.
