The plane was at cruising altitude, the safest part of any flight. Am I wrong to strongly suspect the ROP is completely reponsible? If so, I can't wait to see Putin's response.

How is there any debris or bodies? When the airliner plunged straight down in Pennsylvania on 9/11, we were told there were no bodies and no wreckage because the impact vaporized everything. So why, here, is that not true?

Initial reports from Egypt said the pilot of the Kogalymavia airline had asked to make an emergency landing.
But minister Hossam Kamal said there had been no sign of any problems on board the flight.
Lufthansa and Air France-KLM said they would avoid the route while the cause of the crash was investigated.
A claim by a group allied to the so-called Islamic State (IS) in Sinai that it brought down the plane has been dismissed by Russia and Egypt.
A security officer at the scene told the Reuters news agency that the plane was split in two, “a small part of the tail end that burned and a larger part that crashed into a rock”.
Egyptian civil aviation officials say both of the plane’s “black boxes” have been found, but it is not yet clear what caused the crash. Analysing the cockpit voice recorder and the flight data recorder will help investigators ascertain what happened.
The flight tracking website Flightradar24 said that just before the radar signal was lost the aircraft started to descend with a vertical speed of about 6,000ft (1,830m) per minute.

Looks like this aircraft might have had serious INTERNAL structural cracks. Aircraft was 'repaired' years ago due to a tail hit upon landing but INTERNAL cracks were still present and led to a break-up.
IMO, aircraft FIRST lost its tail, including its tail wings and rudder. It's game over at that point.
