That's what I want to know. Did the German parliament vote on any of this? Or is another "executive action"? And is this even legal under German law? (Not that it matters very much at this point.)

Well that is not true at all. Europeans are probably the most efficient killers of humans in all of history. Sure, the Arab Muslims killed around a hundred million people during a 500 year period, and the Chinese have probably killed much more than that over a several thousand year period, but in terms of the most people done to death in the shortest period of time, that Honor would have to go to the Europeans.
Bloodthirsty and vicious is the norm in their History. We are just seeing the current consequences of Christianity having tamed them for a little while, but when pushed enough, I think that they will revert back to being vicious killing machines.

My point here is to argue that the problems are being caused by what they believe, not because Arabs are inherently evil or bad people.
I believe Arabs are no worse than anyone else who believes in vile evil things. Teach them better, and they will be as civilized as the Europeans, who not so long ago (in historical terms) were barbaric and living in tribes too.

Now Christianity has gone too far. Turn the other cheek is not a solution to this problem. It's only because of Christian beliefs in "tolerance" that this problem manifested in the first place.

The Institutions no longer serve their intended purpose to secure the citizen. they will not respond. They will not act. They will not “Secure The Homeland”.
The entire Western World is being purposefully destroyed through orchestrated waves of third world migration. Europe is only slightly ahead of us and things are progressing more quickly because their invaders are Islamic.
What can be done? Without an organized citizenry, the destruction will be a success. There is nothing to appose it. The citizens however CAN NOT organize. They can not organize because any attempt to do so will be shattered immediately by being labeled as Nazi Fascism. The cowardly Politically Correct Citizens will then gladly point the finger at the first man that stands up and call him a Right Wing Terrorist or a Racist or a Bigot and everyone will stand down.
That is why they created THAT situation prior to unleashing the horde. Any attempt by Western Citizens to unite and defend what is rightfully theirs will by it’s very nature be a largely WHITE movement. White/Caucasian Organizing is FORBIDDEN! No one will do it. It will not happen.
Because WHITES refuse to stand with each other as WHITES they will die! It’s just that simple. If you act alone, you will be killed by the security services. If you organize you will be infiltrated and arrested. If you try to BUILD A WALL you will be called a racist and cowards that should be on your side will slink away.
It’s a great plan, and it’s working. The citizenry of Western Civilization has two choices. Organize outside of Government control, or die.
No, Arabs are not genetically bad. Copts and other Arab Christians behave themselves just fine. I just disagree that Islam can be “taught” out of them. I think the more we try, the more they hunker down and get defensive. They need to figure out their problem on their own.
For that you need some sort of organization, especially at the grass roots gang/crowd level. It's C-cubed all over.
The invaders (like our invaders and our underclass) have a shared goal, and they operate in packs. We (and the Germans) have downgraded the militia concept (except, maybe, for soccer gangs and motorcycle gangs), and don't have an easy answer. If two or three or five neighbors band together in self-defense, especially if they keep out strangers, the full weight of government comes down on them. But in Europe, and in the US, that oppression of free assembly does not seem to be applied to various underclass groups. For them, it's "community organization."

Oh, that this were true. However, I'm afraid that Hitler sacrificed all the brave young Germans during WWII, and all that's left are mostly metrosexual, pusillanimous capons.
