I will vote for Carson if he is the GOP nominee.

However, I am very skeptical about his political skills, about his leadership skills, and about how passionately he believes - and how passionately he will defend - Conservative principles.

The Conservative appeal of Donald Trump remains a complete mystery to me - except for his campaign promise to deport illegal immigrants.

Trump voted for Clinton in 1992 and 1996, and Trump called Clinton the best president in Trump’s life time.

In 2000, Trump actively sought the presidential nomination from Ross Perot’s Reform Party.

In 2004 Trump briefly sought the Democrat nomination, then dropped out and supported John Kerry.

In 2006 Trump briefly sought the Democrat nomination for governor of New York.

In 2011 Trump briefly sought the GOP nomination, then dropped out and supported Mitt Romney.

I just don’t understand how Conservatives can believe anything Trump says.

He is also a strong proponent of forced vaccinations with no religious exemptions. Wonder how he will respond to the coming “mark of the beast”?

I have expected this or something like it to come out for a long time now.

I think Carson is just another plant. Never did trust him.

The Manchurian Candidate II.

No thanks.

No sale.

Ben has no grasp of what it's like to be a woman, of any race.

I'm sick of guys like him speaking about what other people feel or think or know or how white people should be feeling guilty of some shit they had nothing to do with.
Too smart by half and entitled to every thing.

What the hell is this idiot talking about now?

I lived thru the period of Wallace, seen him shot, seen how the blacks were being treated...how the KKK went after them...

I studied how they would ‘underground’ up to the North, how they were treated like dirt....

And this dip wad is trying to re write history? We were that part of history a-hole...

You need to quit trying to divide the people, and helping obuma and Sharpton, this is your whole cause, this is the ONLY reason your running for POTUS....NO OTHER REASON!!!

How dare you!!!

Ben Carson is a moron.
I don’t care about anything on his resume.

I’ll stay home if he’s the nomination.
(which he will NEVER be)

Carson argued white Americans had “no grasp on the history of racial violence in this country.” Carson wrote of a time his mother was thrown in jail for a minor traffic violation as an example of personal history of the racial injustice in criminal justice system.

This is becoming clearer as a personal thing.
Granted, most "whites" are profoundly ignorant, of injustices to blacks, just as blacks are equally ignorant of the atrocities committed by blacks since reconstruction, exercising their new-found freedom. The history of blacks burning down their own neighborhoods is a long and old one too. Dwelling on it just keeps an old wound raw.

Ignorance is pervasive, and enough of it to go around. Until the black community deals with their grossly disproportionate rate of criminal behavior, things are certainly going to get worse.

It is a race war they want? Sure seems that way. From the First grossly divisive president, his criminal henchmen, and the clueless "white guilt" supporters, the educational system, and the thinly disguised culture of really low expectations.

Carson and race would be a problem. We have had enough of that wounded Black ego in power now.

Carson is getting the support of a lot of Evangelicals I know. I'm not sold on him. I think his nice guy image along with his story is helping Carson. He's the outsider without the A-hole factor of Trump.

I'm staying with Cruz. I know where he stands. He's got a proven record.

The amount of fear and hate an average Black American has to European Americans is hard for European Americans to understand.

I have a cousin that married a black man, and we never treated him any different (we are a bunch of arrogant a$$es, so one more makes little difference). He comes from a good up bringing, and is a successful person by any standard.

However, in the back of his mind, he is still worried that he will not be treated the same because of his skin color, and resents it. He has been told all of his life that EVERYTHING that goes wrong is because he is black. He is tried not to do that with their kids, but they had to choose which society to belong to. It wasn’t easy on them.

So I am not surprised that Dr Carlson has this view. I would be surprised if he didn’t.
