Oh, but he has. However, the NYT has no interest in a return to Constitutional order for the Federal government, because that will mean that hundreds of government departments will be cut, and hundreds of thousands of government drones will be looking for work. And, there'll be plenty of private sector jobs, once things get cooking again, because taxes and regulations, the hag that is riding the back of business, would be thrown off in a Cruz administration.
No, I don't expect the NYT likes any of that.
