If they are now just announcing they have this technology, they have already used it.
For example, Homeland inSecurity named Christians terrorists in order not to offend terrorist Muslims.
A big part of the elite’s global government program is to get Nations of people to give up their Sovereignty (become invaded/borderless) and to give up their beleif in God and Western culture. Since these are Western countries, they will be targeting whites for brain washing. Maybe this is why native Brits stay liberal even as socialists abuse them with child abuse and Muslim violence and dominance. Maybe this is why Europeans have lost their faith and knowledge of God.
