Has anyone else noticed that Gen. Petraeus has suddenly become vocal, and sounds like a REAL General, with a backbone, a pair of gonads and everything.

I think it very possible that if Trump wins, Petraeus gets reinstated and our military makes a big comeback.

Your slanderous interpretation of OIR Coalition Air Ops is as disingenuous as it is inaccurate. Nothing you post comports with reality. The coalitions’ target/strike cycle is much shorter than what the Russians have exhibited. Their ISR and C2 are poorly integrated and basically suck which will be evident in time. They have at least a 24 hr. cycle and I believe will show to be closer to 2 weeks, ergo tactically useless. So they will drop a lot of bombs, kill a lot of civilians and miss a lot of Jihadis who will then use their UXO to make IEDs for use against their supply convoys.

Actually, it seems like I remember a report from the mid-90's that it was the Israelis that dun dem in. Think the count was 86-0 Israeli win. With odds like that, never could understand why anybody'd buy ANYTHING from the Russians. Their planes fall out of the sky, their buildings fall down, their nuke plants look like they been ... well, nuked, or something from 30 years back.
