Carson thinks normal evangelicals are going to go for him and not presbyterian Trump. Let’s look at some of the whacky believes of 7th Day Adventists.

Donald may ignore this torpedo, I think ,but he’s keeping accurate records of who is saying what about him, and he will dish it back when need be. Just keep digging deeper, Dr. Carson.

Trump is slammed because he won’t say what his favorite Bible verse is. Personally, I think ALL Bible verses are equal in importance. I hope Trump says that the next time he’s asked. Then ask the questioner to name his favorite verse.
I saw the video and agree. The good Doctor seems to be getting full of himself and it doesnt wear well. Kind of counter productive to the nice guy image he’s been riding.

I don’t have a favorite one either. I can name many, many, but cannot say that I have a favorite. It’s a stupid question anyway.
OK, so we are all fussing over trivialities. As for Donald Trump. I really do want to like the man, as I feel he is the best person to lead our country back to strength and respectability internationally.
I do wish he would refrain from comments on a woman’s looks - it is childish and boorish. Also in his self confidence he appears to be a cultural Christian rather than a true believer - otherwise why would he say he had never asked for forgiveness? Has he never prayed the Our Father prayer given to us by Jesus? The second to last line is a prayer for forgiveness and mercy “as we forgive those who trespass against us”.
Mr. Trump would do well to show a bit more humility as pertains to matters of faith. I do not mean that he should speak falsely. But he should not be flippant about it either.
Trump advisers would do well to tell DT what Gumdrop has posted. He needs to hear it.
