I didn’t ask but I would think that it now being part of the home, it would fall into that 1% of home value, plus whatever else they choose to toss in.
hah...the LAST thing I am is a tinkerer....my brain is not normal, many things are easy to me that are hard or impossible to others, but some things that are easy to many others...like any kind of mechanical tinkering - or slalom skiing - vex me to no end.

Crony capitalist = socialist. I’ve stopped using the term because a friend pointed that out. I like crony and I like socialism as in crony socialist, but that’s redundant. What do you think?
btw: My home owner insurancecompany just sent a policy update ... At renewal non of my solar gear, panels, inverters will be covered. I already pay $2k a year. Ha Ha.
