I don’t get cheering the instrument of your own demise. I think these Europeans are just delusional. Liberalism truly is a disease.

Actually there were very few people greeting them.

Want to take bets on when the first murder by these “immigrants” will occur?

Today's Germans are very sensitive of their Nazi past.

Well, I was stationed in West Germany for more than 2 years, and that sensitivity was pretty hard to see, if it existed at all. The people who might have been sensitive to it, did not want to discuss it, and those who were not sensitive to it were quite vocal about that which is why there were many places and areas that were on the "no go" list for Americans.

This was in 1970-72

Interesting. What do you mean by that (the "no go" part)?

These were mostly “guest houses” (lounges, and bars) restaurants, parks, and some entire subdivisions of some cities..

This was due largely to reports of American soldiers on a pass, being rolled, robbed, and sometimes beaten.

There was another issue, most never saw, but you have to recall that this was the cold war era..

The place was crawling with Eastern block agitators and spys of a sort.....gathering data for the USSR.

Yeah, the Germans must have that process written down somewhere.

Thanks for the replies. Let me ask you something else, please. You were in Germany back in the 70’s.

Most adult Germans back then still had some attachment to Hitler, through the propaganda or through the Hitler Youth. It was the Nazi pilot Hanna Reich who said something like, Don't let the Germans fool you. They're not mad at Hitler. They're mad that Hitler lost.

Now fast-forward to today. Today's Germans don't have the emotional attachment to Hitler, but I'm told they still carry some, not shame, but determination not to let that happen again. And that “determination” leads them to make unwise choices regarding immigrants. Do you agree or disagree with that assessment?

Leaning, before I run off to do some tasks, I would consider that since the reconsolidation of East and West Gemany, it would not be outlandish or wrong to be worried that another “Uber Nationalist” government could spring up at any time.

” And that “determination” leads them to make unwise choices regarding immigrants”

Angela Merkle has a constituency to keep happy. She is also considered one of the leaders of the EU.

The Immigration issue is big in Europe and in parts of the EU there is great resistance to accepting any more people. The EU however, believes that they have no other options, so Merkle and other leaders are demonstrating that political belief and showing the way forward as they believe it to be..

I don’t believe for a minute that it has anything to do with the past. It has more to do with a leftist country club leadership cadre at the EU.

I hope everyone understands that the people demonstrating in favor of the invaders are a tiny minority of Germans. Many of these people are professional political operatives who have been instructed to attend these events by their bosses.

The liberal media is trying to make it sound like there is a massive, spontaneous outpouring of support for the invasion.

In reality, public opinion is turning against the invasion more everyday.

I have read that the German birthrate is way down. With all those healthy young men going there, the Germans might think that will take care of the shortage of strong people who want to work./s

Germany is behaving like the French when Germany invaded them.

Obama is waging war against the West.

He works to arm AQ/MB/ISIS et al. He uses asymmetrical warfare, destabilizing populations both here and abroad.

And no one stands up to him.

Tip of the iceberg. By the time each of these young males has qualified for asylum and brought in, via chain migration, the rest of their extended families Europe will be looking at 50 million muslims. Easy.

I liked the article with the explanation of the Middle Eastern mind set, as it explained many things I have been wondering about. I just hope the Western World wakes up in time to make some drastic changes otherwise we will be in a world of hurts if not, sad to say I wouldn’t rule out another war what it usually and unfortunately takes for people to reorganize their priorities.
