Since ISIS is full of Russians, by nationality, Chechens, Dagestanis and others along with others of the former USSR, Uzbeks, etc., we can say Russia has created ISIS as well along with supporting Syria who were supporting Jihadis in the war in Iraq along with of course, Iran who we know killed Americans in Iraq via Soleimani and the Quds. Assad emptied the prisons out of terrorists.
Just supporting Assad means supporting terrorist groups like Hezbollah and Hamas as Syria is part of the arms route from Iran to those terrorist groups, have a good laugh on all of us to not include Syria in the terrorist equation. Yes, but in this case Putin is right. The Obama administration's precipitous withdrawal from Iraq and (foolish or wicked, take your pick) support for the "Arab Spring" are the cause of the migrant crisis. U.S. policy turned Libya from a stable country run by a thuggish, but since the Iraq invasion compliant to U.S. interests, dictator into a chaotic hell-hole, and the U.S. attempt to push Assad out of power in Syria created the chaos there.
Going further back, not Bush's invasion of Iraq, but the mishandling of the situation in the wake of the invasion because evidently neither State nor DoD had any orientalists with enough influence to war effectively that ripping the bandage off the Sunni-Shia faultline would lead to chaos, laid the groundwork for what Obama made infinitely worse. Back further, the Clinton adventures in the Balkans and folly of running from Somalia after the Blackhawk down incident contributed lesser sources of migrants.

CIA/MI6/NATO has been working with the Chehcens and all of those anti-Russian groups of the former USSR for years. Of course there’s a lot of overlap with ISIS among the Muslim groups there like the Chechens.

I think that is where Obama gets his inspiration , modeling after communist / socialist meddlers . And he is really good at it , except for one thing ; he is totally inept and a coward at heart . We should be ‘meddling’ with B-52 contrails , yet Obama just goes for all this sneaky , deniable s#it that he thinks he can get away with without all his Leftist minions criticizing him for . Once outed , it’s “ who me!?” or just ignores and heads off to another golf course .
