Lots of video shown on TV depicting the damage done by Katrina ten years ago. Nothing whatsoever on the buses that would have provided transport to thousands of their citizens had the Chocolate City Mayor mobilized them instead of allowing them to be submerged in water. Nothing whatsoever showing pictures of areas that should be been restored by now had the money not gone into the pockets of local politicians.

The only reason mostly Blacks were left is the wreck was because they did not have the sense to get out of the rain nor to prepare properly if they wanted to risk riding the storm out.
The reason Bush did not plan and execute their escape for them is because he was not the Mayor or Governor of the area who the people who were responsible for getting all the blacks out of the rain who were not prepared to ride the storm out.
