Yes, what exactly is his point? New Orleans had Ray Nagin, and now they have Mitch Landrieu who is a democrat, was the Lieutenant Governor, and whose sister is Mary Landrieu. Plus, whites are a minority in New Orleans (~30%) and thus don't control elections there etc. Don't just throw out inflammatory rhetoric. Identify the problem specifically, and come up with workable and fair solutions to the 30% poverty rate in New Orleans.
He’s absolutely right about the inequities between blacks and whites. Inequities in culture, work ethic, entitlement mentality, laziness, stupidity, immaturity, and tendency towards violence.

Katrina accomplished what it did .. because both the DemocRAT Mayor and the DemocRAT Governor .. DID NOT DO THEIR DUTY TO PROTECT THEIR CITIZENS.
The Mayor allowed thousands to drown because the communities they lived in had representation that were MAD at the Mayor because he wanted to use SCHOOL BUSSES, instead of leasing hundreds of busses with A/C and bathrooms. Can anybody make sense of this stupidity ..??
But, being a DemocRAT .. the Mayor bowed and scraped to the other DemocRATS .. and the school busses stayed in their parking area .. AND THEY WERE ALL RUINED BY THE STORM. This kind of action is lunacy.
And .. the Governor .. where to start ..?? She didn’t even have the sense to declare her state a disaster (or at least the coastal cities). But, she had to receive a call from the President .. telling her that she was required to declare the disaster warning .. OR HE COULD DO NOTHING.
So, our of either ignorance or incompetence .. thousands of people died .. AND THE DEMOCRATS ARE/WERE TO BLAME.

Lots of video shown on TV depicting the damage done by Katrina ten years ago. Nothing whatsoever on the buses that would have provided transport to thousands of their citizens had the Chocolate City Mayor mobilized them instead of allowing them to be submerged in water. Nothing whatsoever showing pictures of areas that should be been restored by now had the money not gone into the pockets of local politicians.
Lots of hype about the French Quarter. IMO the local politicians do not want the people that left to return. Saves them a lot of money in welfare benefits that they can spend elsewhere. The poorly constructed levees failed and solved their “problem” for them.

Maybe Nagin can speak to the “inequities” for obamaumao— he was convicted in 2014 on twenty of twenty-one charges of wire fraud, bribery, and money laundering related to bribes from city contractors before and after Hurricane Katrina. The only reason mostly Blacks were left is the wreck was because they did not have the sense to get out of the rain nor to prepare properly if they wanted to risk riding the storm out.
The reason Bush did not plan and execute their escape for them is because he was not the Mayor or Governor of the area who the people who were responsible for getting all the blacks out of the rain who were not prepared to ride the storm out.
