I work in a prison where there are hundreds of illegals among them. They need translators, have high expectations of the nursing staff to give them whatever they want, have “kings” and gangs and whatever. Sort of scary sometimes.
I was being sarcastic. Sorry. The entire narrative of poor unaccompanied children at the border is untrue. The Lt Governor of Texas said that less than 15% of the immigrants were unaccompanied children. And the definition of “child” was “under 20”
They say we can’t deport them all. I say we’ll never know until we have tried.
Once deportation starts in earnest the foreign invaders will get the message and head south on their own.
It is an invasion. Name one other country we ever took in 11 million people from. Not to mention the millions from other countries.
Not all invasions use tanks and helicopter-gunships.
Some whine “We can’t deport 10 million (or 20 million or however many it is)”.

Yes statutes do cover your children as US citizens.
Enforce the Current Laws. Pass Legislation requiring ALL employers to use E-Verify. If they are found to have violated that law, make it a Felony 5 year prison term. If anyone uses false documents to gain employment make it a Felony, 18 minimum month Prison term followed by immediate deportation.
Eliminate all EITC for anyone not a U.S. Citizen, because after all it is just repackaged welfare to start with. No coverage for anyone under Obamacare unless verified U.S. Citizen. (Enforce the Law) No section 8 Housing without first using E-Verify to check for citizenship. Same Terms and Sentencing for Workforce participation as for violators of Section 8 housing.
They'll be lining up at the border heading south within days...

Indeed. In many cases they were merely "doing the jobs that the [spoiled and weary] Romans would no longer do" like serving in the Roman Armies and building infrastructure. I'd bet with a little research we would find they also picked lettuce olives.
This phenomenon is merely the inevitable conclusion of Barbarians At The Gate. The spoiled, lazy and weary citizens of a given timeframe will abdicate their duty of eternal vigilance to some quick, self-serving issue of the day. We may even have beaten the Romans and Greeks. With the help of (D)emocratic-Socialist neo-Communist Liberals we have managed to time-compress well over a thousand years of Greco-Roman experimentation into less than three centuries, but really into less than one. We have already had our Caligula ( Clinton ) and Nero ( Obama ) and are reveling in homosexual pervertedness on TV and elsewhere around the clock. Now they want to open the gates and dissolve the "empire" once and for all.
To ba a modern "Liberal" means to intentionally ignore all history and to ensure it repeats. Whether it is the fall of Rome America, or to ensure another holocaust even while survivors of the previous one still walk God's green Earth, the enemy within says: "yes we can".
