These don’t look the same as the ones the USAF have. Don’t the USAF ones have wings that come out to increase glide path?

The wings only pop out after release into flight.

The small size of the bomb allows a single strike aircraft to carry more of the munitions than is possible utilizing currently available bomb units. From another article it is probably a targeting pod.
