600 rounds, divided by 32 officers, divided by 60 minutes, is one round every 3 minutes per officer That sounds reasonable, like they were selecting targets. But you know what really happen was a cop shot a mag empty in 30 seconds. half an hour later he did it again. Some cops did it three time
