Yes, it is, and exactly that was happening in Arizona when the judges threw their monkey wrench into the mix.
Our problem is in the judiciary, and until it is cleaned up with impeachments, nothing is going to improve.

For the longest time, didn’t the law state that one or both parents had to be natural born or naturalized citizens to convey citizenship to their kids? That’s why children born here to foreign diplomats are not automatically U.S. citizens.
