The SNAP system was down in NY yesterday for an hour or so. It was real entertainment watching the meltdowns at the check out counter.
I would venture some are already halfway there, and thus have a head start.
Ping.
Fictional zombies share many similar characteristics. They have no brain. They are incapable of rational thought. They march in groups through the streets, terrorizing everyone. They create nothing but fear, produce nothing but dread and take whatever they want through brute force or intimidation.
Sounds like our current government.
Zombie Apocalypse? The first one I remember was Watts. Korean businesses were spared zombie attack because they armed themselves and protected their businesses from their rooftops. And, most recently, Ferguson a year ago, where the zombies ran wild unopposed.
Apocalypse is probably the only way out of the corner we have painted ourselves into, unfortunately. The gummint will do all it can to prevent it as the moment it happens they have, by definition, lost control. I expect urban zones to be first to go and the surviving ferals wander in bands foraging what remains. It is heartbreaking to realize what “the last, best hope of mankind” has become but there it is. When I first decided to accept Christ some 15 years ago I re read Revelation again and again because I just knew as important as America has been in history it had to be there some where. I had to sadly conclude it just ain’t so. One wonders if we are approaching not only the end of America but the end of history.
Nine meals away?
Heck- Baltimore 2015. It doesn’t take much folks.
Or Fergadishou.
Yeah? Let’s see them Korean business owners defend their stuff now with single shot rifles. Just sayin’............ Not that the perps would be restricted in their weapons.

This is good news, not something to worry about. If even those just outside the cities really do have three days, which I think is likely, that is a lot of time to prepare. Imagine a thug or a group of thugs is going to break into your home during the night, and you have no warning at all. That could get pretty ugly and dicey. Some of us could handle it. Probably, or maybe just possibly. Now imagine that you have a three-day warning. That's a whole different ball game.
As long as the Sumatran Rat Monkey is under lock and key I won’t worry.
If I am bitten, bury me in the Buffalora Cemetery.
“Korean businesses were spared zombie attack because they armed themselves and protected their businesses...”
Zombies might be brainless but they’re not stupid!
;^)
Barack Hussein Ozombies...
Anyone that’s ever been through a hurricane knows the nuts come out of the woodwork before the wind stops blowing and start demanding that somebody do something for them.
It’s a sad thing that they took BKO and gave us BHO...

That's right, start out your essay with smugness.
I bet the author eschewed the Internet, too. Oh, wait, that has TV on it. D'oh!
