Been here since ‘02, bro - just under a different name. Nice to know, though, that even seven years here doesn’t give me enough street cred around here if it comes to criticizing Trump bucklebunnies and whoever doesn’t sit around sniffing the farts of whatever nutjob media personality has managed to stroke the feelbads of the FR “true conservatives”. But whatever, man - the fu$&$ I give on that couldn’t be fewer.

Point is, it happened in ‘12 when a bunch of y’all were convinced that Newt Friggin’ Gingrich - he of the individual mandate, the entitlement reform is a “radical change”, and the coffee klatch on the couch with Pelosi on climate change - was the ONLY true conservative in the race, and odds are it will happen again in ‘20 if we manage to blow this one.

I swear, Jane Fonda could call herself a conservative, throw a few barbs at McConnell and Boehner, and a bunch of FReepers would trip over themselves to support her. “She’s telling the TROOOTH! You’re all just RINO’s if you critcize her!”

Great move by Cruz, who refuses to badmouth The Donald.

Cruz, Carson and Trump are the three smartest people in the race. Bless them and keep them in and talking as long as possible.

There comes a point though— like Ayn Rand’s quote “One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws” that the PC police declare so many things sexist or racist that nothing can be said— even a silly metaphor about blood in which people are guessing what he meant and declaring it offensive..

I don’t disagree...but Trump didn’t need to EVEN mention it. Kelly was damaged good...and he blew it.

Fiorina was recruited to help take down Trump. She’s a nowhere candidate. Trump was doing real well with women, the takedown attempt started with Kelly pimping the rape story. Followed by Fiorina suddenly being the debate “winner” while trashing Trump. Then Kelly’s ridiculous unnecessary unimportant War on Women debate question. And now faux outrage over an out of context remark.

Rush came right out and told everyone that big money Establishment folks planned a political hit. He didn’t make that up he had actual conversations with people in power. Then it actually happens and millions of people act like this all happened organically.

Wake up folks this isn’t about Donald Trump. He can handle himself. This is about how we are are taken for fools.

The test is who we end up with as the nominee and then as prez. We are being played just like last two elections. Some Pubs never learn, the useful idiots. Then they say with childlike wonder, “ gee how did he get elected” and dream of the next election with a conservative winning. I want a winner not another loser.

"By the way, the guy (Erick Erickson) who made the decision about RedState called Supreme Court Justice David Souter a “goat [expletive] child molester” and First Lady Michelle Obama a “Marxist Harpy.” He was forced to make a humbling apology."

Jeez, this Erickson actually had something I totally agree with. Naturally, he takes it back!

I just saw him on CNN reading hate mail, and I saw his RedState metrosexual partner on there later. This is the "compassionate conservative" segment of the (R)epublicrat party, gay marriage, homo adoption, boy scouts, Obamacare. It appears the "big donors" have networked a Trump hit squad with these immoral deviants as the front line.

If all Trump can accomplish is the destruction of these politically correct pansies it will all be worth it. If he can destroy the entire (R)epublicrat establishment he will be sainted.

I hope all the Trump-haters wake up and realize what is going on here. This is 1978-1980 attempted destruction of the outsider, Reagan, all over again, but this time around there is an internet, and a lot more pissed off people. And make no mistake, Reagan himself would be under attack by the (R)otten to the core (R)epublicrat establishment.

I agree with you... the moment Perry trashed Trump a few weeks ago, I immediately saw him as a loser. I was never wowed by Walker, though I liked his anti Union stance, but all these guys trashing Trump completely lose me.

The new biggest loser is Erick Erickson, though I called him out last week for trashing Trump. I reminded people he also trashed Palin, and he was the CNN phony token Conservative for a number of years.

He is perfect for the Fox News special Report or FNS panels, would fit in nicely with RINO`s Will,Hayes,Kraut and Goldberg...and Wallace on Sundays

What we need are some people who can express themselves tactfully and intelligently. We lost senate seats in Indiana and Missouri because to dimwits were too lazy to formulate and memorize a stock response to a very obvious question.

"Yeah, this is incredible.

Freepers are backing a big-government, eminent domain-loving, single-payer healthcare supporting leftist like Trump over Walker, a true union-buster with a conservative record as a Governor in a blue state.

The Republican Party and this site is quickly collapsing because "conservatives" really don't know what they stand for, and are caught up in the merging of the celebrity cult(ure) and politics."

The (R)epublicrat party needs to collapse. You got a problem with that?

This site is not a (R)epublicrat site. You've been here long enough to know that.

As far as backing a big government guy, that describes every candidate and President since Reagan.

What is different now is that there may only be one more relatively free election before 13 or 35 or 100 million invading visigoths get naturalized, swamp the vote, and destroy the republic. But feel free to run through your litmus checklist. Can I get you a fiddle to go along with that?

Very well said. Thank you! Conservatives wake up and unite! We have to beat them! We can’t let them push us around anymore!

"Justice should go to Jeff Sessions."

Or Mark Levin. His next book could be: Men In Black Orange.

"GOP wants Carly and Walker....as Jeb is loosing so much ground."

They certainly do. And why? Naturally because Fiorina couldn't even nail down that Senate seat against Barbara Boxer. In the same 2010 cycle that saw a TEA Party landslide! She is perfect for the GOPe, an intended sacrifice.

I'm sure that "this time" she'll deliver California. Just like I'm sure Walker will deliver Wisconsin.

"the bad day is Trumps...he just lost his campaign head."

Mike Stone was his "campaign head"? Trump "lost him"? That's some herculean spin right there.

I think you now owe this thread an apology! <--- see what I did there? ;-)

"That’s because they aren’t FReepers nor conservatives. They’re liberal trolls"

A liberal troll might be working hard to ensure the (R)epublicrats nominate another slick and polished but gutless beta male to ensure the (D)ummycrat wins.

Does this surge look like a smalltime trolling operation, since it is not just here but, well, everywhere?

Are you old enough to remember the last (R) civil war?

I love this!!!!

I might put Carson in the Dept of Health and Human Services..if only to undo the Obamacare mess!

so, I guess Ted Cruz for VP.

I would also make Tom Cotton head of the IRS so he can completely revise everything down to almost nothing.
