Oak Bluffs is the area where most of them congregate. These are well heeled blacks, from an assortment of backgrounds ... no attitude issues just enjoying some vacation down time. No MLK drive, boulevard, avenue, street in Oak Bluffs, at least not yet.
Probably holding out for Barack Obama ...
