A cogent analysis, Colonel - Lcdr. White, in the Navy in which I served over four decades ago, would be in line for a medal. In the bizarre regime we now find ourselves, he may well face career-ending discipline, although, as you say, he has a better chance under the UCMJ than most think.

Your point number six is well taken - you and gentlemen like you will come forth - some "armed" in the common sense of the word, more armed with no weapons but their speech, their pens and their wits.

Sorry to be so negative but I believe if Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz stood side by side and called for an open rebellion there’d be no more than a few hundred people show up. The tyrants haven’t gotten mean enough yet.
