Anyone else think its absurd that a story about a single hunter who may have bent the rules or violated some hunting laws,,becomes an international outrage??? This is one of the biggest stories in the world right now??? Possible violations of hunting regulations are now considered newsworthy? And the hunter is now targeted for destruction of his dental practice and livelihood because the media is pushing this alleged outrage???? sge

That is the allegation. The guy specifically states he had professional guides and they assured him everything they were doing was legal. . .and in Zimbabwe, that means the appropriate hands were greased at a minimum. . .even for entirely legitimate licenses.

The dentist may have given $5k to Romney, but he gave $50k to Mugabe for the right to shoot Cecil and for technical assistance in luring Cecil out of his safe house (preserve). Mugabe, who’s what Obama’s father would look, act and think like if Obama had a father. Also, why are we being sympathetic to the self styled, Cecil, King of the Jungle, in the jungle once run by and also named for that other lightly skinned racist, Cecil Rhodes. This was just the left collecting reparations from the light skinned power crowd.
