You need to understand when Obama makes these statements it is code for this:
The IRS needs more money so they can go after people who don’t pay their taxes. Which is that he plans to use the IRS to persecute political enemies and Americans who disagree with his views through more IRS investigations! This is what he means by his part of his statement.
The statement about the Congress passing a bad law which caused the IRS scandal is just more of his efforts to undermine the Constitution and the balance of powers. Congress needs to impeach him and not pass his bogus Iran deal.
Obama already knows that Sharpton and a large number of Federal employees are not paying their federal taxes. He has no intention of collecting from them.
Some day we will all wake up to read the latest news from DC, a president giving a speech that goes as follows “kill the pig! cut its throat! drink its blood!”
Then we will all commiserate over how low the country seems to have fallen in the last few years...
