“Initial reports suggested human error may have been to blame, rather than a problem with the machine.”

OMG The Robots are overtaking us. Will they be our overlords?
To: grundle
Let’s remember it was an accident and someone lost their life.
Just saying, because the way things are, I am all too willing myself to jump onto a thread like this and get some humor out of it.

Yep, it is sad. Article states the 1st robot caused death (at least in the US) was in 1971 in a Ford plant, so this occurs every so often..............one would think it would be an avoidable hazard though.

2) A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law."

Initial reports suggested human error may have been to blame, But they still went with the sensational headline anyway.
