Will they force blacks to move into hispanic dominated areas?

Here’s what I see, I’ve lived in a NE city that was white going back 200 yrs and turned black/Hispanic and the white folks fled for security reasons. But then “Section 8” took over and destroyed the neighborhoods that were solid. Now they want to enforce that every neighborhood has poverty housing.
I’m so glad I moved to rural East Texas. But yo, please move to Colorado, Arizona or NM because traffic here is getting bad. Please stay where you are and change there

We herd blacks into ghettos by offering them free/subsidized housing and wonder why they live there. I lived in an apartment unit that was all black except for me. They had all received rent help from the government. Almost all of the units around us housed black people. On the other side of the pool a few blocks away, those units were all white/Asian.
My experience has been that many blacks self-segregate. I don’t see where they have been herded into ghettos. They have options.
There aren’t any rich white conservative areas - those areas are pretty diverse because we live in areas where jobs and work opportunities are plentiful.

Well that is a little unfair since that entire State of Minnesota is white! 88% white...
