Conservatives should keep up the fight...we got to win against big government. We need to fight against all forms of LIBERALISM, including RINOism. We need to fight with primaries against RINOs. We don’t need more lawyers in the house, we need people who are business owners, retail clerks, programmers, even students. We don’t need more big government morons, we need STATE RIGHTS people.

That would be great -- but conservatives are playing against a stacked deck. Democrats CHEAT and Rinos cheat -- remember Mississippi.

I am sorry to say, and thought I would never say it -- but the great experiment is over, and for me, when I come to FR, what I look for now is where the process is going toward the next phase, whatever that may be.

My wise old dad, a lifelong capitalist, WWII veteran, optimist, compassionate man who converted many liberals to conservatism as I watched, and one of the very most brilliant and prescient political minds I've ever known, on a par with Thomas Sowell, had sadly accepted it when he died a few years ago at the age of 90. Even then, I was still all for keeping up the fight, thought he was being a pessimist and negative even though he had never been any of those things in practice.

But while I am an optimist, I am also a realist. Yes, being a realist means seeing the world through CLEAR glasses rather than the pessimist's smoke-colored glasses or the Pollyanna's rose-colored glasses. So I happily see the good, such as the FACT that most of the time, the majority of FReepers see the truth of things, including the Waco "shootout" charade (at least among those who've expressed an opinion one way or another, those of us who smell a big Fed-fat rat are twice as large in real numbers as those here who believe the MSM/police narrative).

But our military has been systematically, deliberately sabotaged to lose in an armed conflict against an all-male opposition. Our national media has even conservatives regarding its word as "truth," from The History Channel documentaries to "reality shows" and Sons of Anarchy, so Americans watch as a primary demographic of patriots is targeted, then harshly and severely punished without due process for exercising their right to free association at a public political gathering of so-called "criminals" made legendary by the MSM. Most important of all, a minority of tyrants has put themselves in POLITICAL OFFICE via vote fraud, and continues to do so.

The deck is stacked against us so that the only way to "win" is to end the game altogether and embark on another one; playing it according to the established rules -- primaries, states' rights, elections -- is guaranteed to lose because the deck is stacked in favor of the left. They HAVE to cheat because they are the minority.

I hope I'm wrong, I hope I eat very tasty crow and join good FReepers like you in November of 2016 after Ted Cruz, the ONLY guy who comprehends and offers the beginnings of the antidote, has just been elected president.

But after 2012, I ain't holdin' my breath.

It seems to me that you intend to "fight" by playing a game in which the deck is stacked against you and you are guaranteed to lose.

What I am saying is that I have finally accepted that the deck is so stacked now that "fighting" by following the existing rules is futile. The fight must take a different path -- a totally different path, a new and different "game" with a brand new deck. Otherwise, the "fight" is about as real as World Wrestling Federation productions.

I'm suggesting that if we want to fight effectively, we have to accept that doing it the way it's always been done, via elections and the courts, will hand victory to the left ALWAYS now, even if the Repubulican wins. IF we want to fight effectively, we must fight OUTSIDE of convention.

Since the GOP's primary is such a ridiculous circus, PROVING that "the right" can't even agree on the most basic things, the fight is LOST right now already. I am very sorry to say so. I hate that I feel compelled to say it. I could lie to myself, and lie to you, and engage in "rah-rah" cheerleading, but I would only be kidding myself. Trying to win America back to limited government "within the law" of elections and the courts, is FUTILE NOW. It is stupid to even try, I am VERY sorry to say, and I would NOT have said that even six weeks ago -- not even six weeks ago.

Six weeks ago, I was still believing that it's just a matter of fighting back. Now, I know that it is guaranteed to be a futile effort, so warriors on OUR side have to take a different tack to make any kind of difference just for ourselves and our children.

Please understand my reluctance here, but my resignedness to BE TRUTHFUL, to FACE THE TRUTH no matter what. The realization that the USA is lost, too far gone, in its death throes, is worse than learning that a loved one is dying of a lingering disease.

That is part of what I am not just "suggesting," but having to accept with regret, anger, and incredible sadness.

But GOD transcends all this, so He is going to have to be our sole field marshal. Any and all fighting we do will have to be in His name, because fighting for the glory and name of the USA is now akin to fighting for our own amoral anti-God enslavement. We have to transcend the worldly USA's fall and look higher for the cause to fight for.

God, righteousness in His name and for His sake -- the very things that INSPIRED the USA that we knew and loved for so many generations -- God transcends mere nations' histories of 300 years or so. THAT is the army we join, THAT is the General we follow. THAT is my suggestion.
