but this is actually funny- nearly ALL the Weapons got thru!- I have this feeling... that the 1 person they CAUGHT - SCREAMED- I have agun! lol- LOL! The tester probably gave the TSA agent hints like; "I've got something in my bag that rhymes with bun, fun, and run!". To which the TSA agent replied, "What's 'rhymes'?".

Sure, the public has a right to transparency. But maybe in this case, the retraining/whatever could have been done before releasing the information, so that the news about lapses could be tied to news about how it is stronger than ever? I disagree. The failure of the entire organization is so incredibly systemic, sweeping it under the rug, and calling for "retraining" just doesn't cut it. It just needs to be shut down, disbanded, and the current employees barred from ever working for the government in any capacity.
