Judge Rules Second Version of New York Teachers’ Exam Is Also Racially Biased

These days allowing one’s children to attend public school is ipso facto and prima facie child abuse.three years ago when I said his on FR i got lots of self righteous mommies and daddies excoriating me for calling them child abusers because they just couldn’t homeschool their kids or send them to private school and miss all that socialization and football and homeschool kids will NEVER get accepted to a decent university! I don’t hear any of that now. People still send their kids to public school because things like golf and garden club are just too important and having the kids home seems like such a pain, but they keep it more to themselves now. They are child abusers, all the same, but edging into the closet.

The court is doing exactly what it accuses the defendants of doing, working backwards. Instead of teaching to the test, this court is adjudicating according to the color.

This whole concept that we have prima facie racial discrimination based on outcomes will kill our ability to compete internationally and to educate domestically.

What better teacher than Socrates? Do we really want teachers who demonstrate deficient understanding of the liberal arts? How much better a Renaissance man guiding our children than a half educated, ideologically indoctrinated, underachiever put in place because of the color of his skin.

If we continue to adjudicate on the basis of color, there is no law and no Constitution that can spare us.

This also grants Nathan Bedford yet another occasion to offer his first Maxim of American politics: all politics in America is not local but ultimately racial.

This judge, the former Playboy Bunny in the 1960’s LOL, is a Left-Looney liberal and is simply playing along with the program of race-pimping.

The skills a New York teacher needs to teach, they learn from the Democratic Party of America’s talking points...nothing else is important enough to make it into the context of an exam.
