Ask the ATF. Waco SWAT is just their handmaiden. Most local SWAT cops dream of being elevated to the Big Leagues of FLE at double the salary and prestige. They would turn their mothers out on the street to get a chance to leave the Podunk PD and work for ATF. As such, they will follow ANY orders given them by ATF or any FLE.
IOW, I have NO DOUBT that ATF was literally calling the shots at Twin Peaks. Waco PD was “just following orders” in a support role, IMHO.
Twin Peaks demonstrated a new LE mass-murder tactic.
Just set up SWAT snipers across from where a fight might break out. (Biker meeting, black bike week in Myrtle Beach, Ferguson, Baltimore, etc.)
Once a weapon is seen, LE just cuts loose with the snipers. Works likes a charm, since LE can blame it on the folks who they then mow down.
Of course, they wouldn’t dare do it at Black Bike Week or Baltimore etc. But white “biker trash?” Perfect group to test it out on. Media still quiet? Check.
“Mission accommplished.” LE can commit mass murder, and get away with it, as long as the targeted group is hated, like “biker trash,” and the media will help dish out the cover story.
Next target, IMHO, will be a meeting of “right-wing extremist tea-party terrorists” bitching about 2nd Amd rights. Just set up the snipers, wait for an “incident” (or have an U/C cop or informant provide the “incident”) and then let the SWAT snipers have a field day.
At least we have front row seats, as we watch the death of freedom in America.
Any more on Friday’s hearings?
Waco is Cossack territory.
Bandidos normally hold meetings in Austin.
No wonder the Cossacks showed up invited or uninvited . . .
VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FRont row seats, my FRiend. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!
During these “Interesting Times,” we’ll find out if the good guys can remember and act upon the lessons of the past in sufficient time to defeat the bad guys.
Right now, it appears the bad guys are winning.
HST, I believe the tipping point is very near.
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Relax son...we’ll get there.
Wasoute has lost it. He tried to sucker me into siding with the gangs and everytime I posted that I would not in anyway praise the gangs.
Now he is going on every gang thread and claiming that I support gangs.
These dudes are unreal.
Biker and Eyewitness Snyder had no criticism of how police responded or their decision to open fire.
The police were professional, considering the situation they were in. They were professional and doing their job, he said.

And they are the type who swarmed by the hundreds of thousands, probably over a million, to Washington DC on 9-11-2013, and probably put the fear of God into a lot of traitors in office. They are probably the largest single identifiable nationwide "demographic" representing the most likely source of resistance to tyranny.
Travis ... the Aging Rebel has an unrelated (?) story about the hearing coming up as to the copyright of the Mongol patch/colors/logo. Odd, that 10 days after Waco the judge on that Mongol patch case resigns, and the new judge to hear it is an Obama appointee. The typical liberal would argue that Waco would never have happened if it had been an arrestable offense to even wear a copyrighted "gang" logo and colors, that the only reason it happened was because of all those bad guys in bad vests; outlaw the vests, problem disappears, that would be their thinking.
Opening the door to trumped-up criminal charges in any ranks of clubs, ranging from Teapartiers to freedom-riding bikers, thereby making all members subject to arrest. It seems to me that this Mongol patch thing is really about freedom of assembly, ostensibly among Harley clubs but in reality, against ANY group that identifies itself with colors, logos, club wear, etc.
Some police reports. Not well formatted.

Check out my replies to don-o after he proclaims his admiration for Thomas More’s view on human rights.

New News:
Based on prisoner complaints, independent inspector visits jails but finds no inhumane conditions.
Based on lawyer complaints, independent judge reviews and finds Waco judges to be non-biased.
” and they are all kindred spirits because they value freedom and independence, the right to be nomads if they choose. THAT is what riding a Harley represents, whether they’re one percenters or church preachers. “
You become a ‘probationary’ in a MC and you find the reality... you lose ALL freedom and rights. The club owns you.
Freedom of the road? Duh. You ride in a pack and keep your place riding ONLY where your esteemed leader allows you to ride. To equate these guys with ‘freedom’ is nonsense.
“the right to be nomads if they choose.”
Do you not know that in the Bandidos gang the “Nomads” is the enforcement arm?
” to ex-felons”
I doubt there are very many ‘ex-felons’. A lot of felons in the gangs but not many are ex.
Interesting. I wish at least all 19 pages were there in readable format.
TG you have a very real mental condition that needs medical attention ASAP.
You are obsessed with just seeing one side of this event and will not even entertain the possibility the LEO’s on scene screwed up big time. All information to date that we, the public, has been able to see points to a LE cover up and likely a set up on these innocent meeting goers.
I don’t include the Cossacks. They were there to stir up trouble. From what I have read; they had an under cover cop in the club who pushed for them to show up in large numbers uninvited to this event in order to “show” the Bandidos what bad asses they are.
That has to be the most ignorant set up in LE history. Then to lock up dang near everyone and throw up a $1M bail for all these innocent people who had nothing to do with any of this nonsense is the height of prosecutor/judge overreach.
At this point it actually looks like a pre-planned outcome was instigated by the LE (whomever they are).
Yet here you are bad mouthing clubs in general and sticking up for the bad actors who should be in jail but aren’t. If this was pre-planned as it appears to be; those on the trigger side of those rifle are who should really be in jail along with those Cossacks who instigated this event.
It really isn’t more complicated than that unless you have an agenda in favor of gunning down innocent people which you do seem to have.
Guilt by association. Using your logic I could say I saw a Bandido standing in line behind you at a Walmart so you are associated with the Bandidos. Since you were seen ‘hanging out’ with a Bandido it’s ok to gun you down where you stand and it’s ok if others behind you also get gunned down in the process.
Can you now see how flawed your logic is? If not then you are definitely a full blown progressive liberal without the ability to understand basic logic; only a warped sense of emotion that only you and others with the same mental issue can understand.
“Guilt by association. Using your logic I could say I saw a Bandido standing in line behind you at a Walmart so you are associated with the Bandidos. “
