Why not? The Obama Administration makes up every other sort of number that comes out.
To: logi_cal869
Newly corrected and updated created and fabricated global surface temperature data from NOAAs [National Centers for Environmental Information] do not support the notion of a global warming hiatus,'Fixed another!

The BEA was recently having this problem too. Obviously another case of "seasonal residuality" which can only be corrected with double seasonal adjustments.

And for their next act, the magicians at NOAA will miraculously convince us in the past ten years we’ve actually been riddled with destructive hurricanes. They’ve just re-defined the term “hurricane.”

And if you doubt them, the more moderate warmists only want to imprison you. The extreme ones want you dead.

In HS chem class we referred to this as “fudging the data”. Get caught doing it, and you flunked the lab experiment. The idea was to teach the scientific method: Theory>Hypothesis>(repeatable) procedure>Data>Conclusions (either supporting the Theory or not). If you’re going to bend the data to make it fit your theory, then what’s the point?
Seems that when these clowns do it they get rewarded with grants & promotions.

They’re not even trying to hide the fact that they are fudging the data anymore.

I have
HAD IT with the "Daily Crawler" and similar sites that have their pages so INFESTED with advertising that it wrests control of your browser so that you have to fight your way thru all that trash to get to the story.
I'm not against advertising but too many of the ads go way too far!
Does anybody here share that view or am I making a mountain out of a mole-hill?

AGREED. I feel stronger about Breitbart and won’t post any of their stuff anymore, but DC does have its own issues.
Today was fortunate: I only had one popup while doing the post.

Something else to consider with these temperature revisions...
A temperature reading may be:
1. incorrect high
2. incorrect low
3. correct
A one in three chance of revising historic temperatures down, yet almost 100% of revisions are downward. This doesn’t even pass the smell test of basic statistics....

“Theyve just re-defined the term hurricane.
Stoopid home owner insurance company here in Florida has high deductible amounts for hurricane loss. They now claim any named storm within the state of Florida boundaries kicks into effect the hurricane deductible on wind loss. Storms are named even prior to 50 mph nowadays.

These disgusting useful idiot government workers should be fired for their incompetence, lack of integrity and their tendency to lie. Most likely, they are DIMocRATs.
